It is water-based and creates a very strong surface.
It gives a moderate gloss.

■How to use
We recommend applying a coat of Clear Glaze Medium as a barrier coat before applying varnish.
Do not dilute varnish. If you need to dilute it, add a drop or two of Flow Medium, Retarder Medium, or distilled water.
Shake the container gently to mix the contents well before use.
Be careful not to shake too hard as it will create bubbles.

Apply thin coats of Clear Glaze Medium using an appropriate brush for the size of the piece.
Apply a smooth, even coat of Clear Glaze Medium to the wood grain.
Allow at least one hour of drying time before applying the second and third coats.
Drying time varies depending on the climate and humidity.
If more than 24 hours have passed between coats, lightly sand the surface to improve adhesion of the next coat of varnish.
Apply at least four coats of varnish for alcohol resistance. Leave the piece to harden for two weeks before applying.

Do not use on oil-based products.
You can use a hair dryer to dry the surface quickly, but too much heat can cause the varnish to peel off.
After use, wash the brush thoroughly with soap and water.
